Abubakar told members of the Enugu State House of Assembly. Atiku said he had a historic duty to give meaning to the agreement reached between the NPLF and IPF that the presidency was ceded to Ndigbo in 2015. “I am bound to abide by that agreement as it affects our children and grandchildren in the pursuit of national unity,” he assured.
Responding, Speaker of Enugu State House of Assembly (ESHA), said that the people of the zone owe it as a duty to themselves to make marginalization, which has become their lot history. “Ndigbo should not let mud to be thrown in their face anymore. We must take our destiny in our hands,” he said.
It is indeed heart warming that other regions are beginning to appreciate the agitation for equity and fairness by Ndi Igbo. As we commend those leading the Vanguard for Igbo unity particularly Orji Uzor Kalu , the founder and President General NJIKO IGBO, we call on all Sons and daughters of Igboland to come together and speak with one voice as we march towards t2015.
